Yes that special lock feels powerful, like there are way too many champions with annoying sp1s (Nick, Bishop, Sinister, Mysterio, etc) and sp2s (Mangog, Guardian, etc).1 -

He might be able to. Special attack damage will be reduced but how about the red bursts (coldsnap, direct damage)?0 -

It depends on if his damage cap also works on burst damage as well, if it does, then Scream may not be the best option1 -
