I've been watching CCP videos of Torch and he seems to be melting everything, literally (especially with prefight) even if there are no masteries in the CCP map. What do you think? Even if he is…-6 -

But in this meta if you hit into block he cannot regen that though. In normal metas though, I wouldn't rely on it, there are far better Sinister counters in regular metas-1 -
