They probably made it expire slowly because if they made it too fast, on defense it would just detonate and you wouldn't have time to land 15 hits before the timer expires. I think on attack tho…0 -

CCP has mixed reviews as well. Nick136 says he's gonna be forgotten on defense, while Vega says he'll be a great defender2 -

I need to test him out myself when I get him from arena of course. But from what I've seen and watched, he is a decent champ, not bad, but not the greatest either. Definitely more of a defender …0 -

I also think Zemo will be a decent High Evolutionary counter as well, because High Evo's not immune to bleed, plus Zemo can deal damage through block as well1
