Taskmaster is definitely close to being good but I think currently his rotation is very stressful to maintain and he needs max sig0 -

I think he could benefit from a Red Guardian style of buff, put his sig ability into his base kit, give him a new sig, increase his numbers (mainly the red ones), etc0
