Well there is no skilling around Serpent since you can’t dex him unless you nullify his true focus. Bullseye, if you don’t have a bleed immune, even if you dex his specials you’ll still take bleed dmg2 -

That's why I think he may be a good attacker even if his basic damage is meh since you will be reversing the opponent's willpower or salve regen (almost everyone runs those masteries).4
