The node has no such heal block boon. Also the heal is too quick and he turtles back, preventing a parry. He heals about 4m per second.0 -

You normally place the node that prevents healing above the starting health, or a heal block boon.2 -

I think you forgot something Kabam... Infinite loop with HB. Once he gets to 15% he goes back to 75% health. @KabamPinwheel8 -
Re: Jack O Lantern or Bastion?
From my testing, Bastion is far more sustainable than Jack and can burst down just with SP1s. He also doesn't need dupe and high Sig like Jack does to counter Onslaught.1
