Archangel needs more his sig. That accuracy reduction is insane and helps immensely in AW. Iceman needs his sig too, but he can still apply Coldsnap with specials, so I'd say Archangel2 -

Neurotoxin deal 3 times the damage of it, can't be removed until expiration (which stuns upon doing so) and doesn't trigger Willpower being a passive debuff. And once awakened AA, also bloc…1 -
