Stand your ground mastery gives a chance to block heavy attacks, so in AW and Arena, opponents with that & parry can theoretically parry a heavy attack, with luck and the right timing.4 -

The drag-and drop always shows only the highest star, so if your six-star was used, it won’t show the 5* to drag. Which is kinda dumb, but not specific to this synergy.1 -

It’s possible it doesn’t trigger if you kill them with the heavy, because they’re already dead when the ability would trigger.9 -
Re: Havok & Void Counter?
Fun fact against Havok: Taskmaster becomes immune to debuffs before the plasma charges can detonate, so you end up with free healing from willpower and a huge bonus to special attack damage.2 -
