I think a lot of people are undervaluing the 7* shards and t6b/t3a, which you need a lot of to rank up 7*s even if they aren’t ultra-rare.6 -

that said you do have to do both parts of any of the two-part challenges (for example for the mutant challenge you have to get through Psycho-Man for it to be complete);4
