Basically because Face Me is a weird ability and it working on all DOT not from debuffs would be too OP, at least in the eyes of the devs.1 -

I think this month’s events are five weeks long instead of the usual four, but without more actual quests; probably because a 28-day cycle eventually drifts off the actual start of the month.2 -

I think the Regen and also the fact that it eats the parry stun, so your reflex to parry attacks hurts you.3
