I think the working theory, at least, is that the insta-kill is coded as ‘do the maximum amount of damage the game engine will let us apply’ which should result in an instant ko regardless of health …1 -

Yeah, the way it’s worded means the immunity would remove the debuffs anyway. It does mean that anyone who punishes purify (havok, jubilee, etc) will trigger those abilities.6 -

It isn’t healing, so it gets around heal prevention/reduction. But it isn’t boosted by things that increase healing either.15 -

When I use Claire in Arena, I tend to stay in Curse of Blood and throw heavies and SP1 because the Deep Wounds melts enemies. It’s much less good in long fights, though.2 -
