It isn’t healing, so it gets around heal prevention/reduction. But it isn’t boosted by things that increase healing either.15 -

He did get buffed a while back, so that might be why? He can get really good damage with stacking bleeds and he has decent utility (eating buffs with his sp1, countering spider-people’s evasion, etc.)2 -

Yeah, it also means that ability accuracy that targets purify (like OR and Archangel) shouldn’t affect Ghost anymore3
