Did he have his aura active? If his aura is active he becomes unstoppable against the last of hit of sp1/sp2/heavies and he can instantly retaliate before you can finish your animation sometimes14 -

For 3, yes, you can fail challenges but they will still count towards the 5 challenges you need to get him wounded. You shouldn't purposefully fail every challenge since if you fail all 5 challe…1 -

Neither really need max sig, both are completely fine at sig 1. Hyperion's does help but it scales very weirdly (65% at sig 1 and 75% at sig 200), so it's not really worth investing sig lev…9
