This, like the masteries, comes from the early days of the game. Some things need a general overhaul but the level 60 thing never bothered me3 -

I am curious about the objective, too. Remember when they wanted us to use 4* in the cav difficulty? That wasn’t really convenient, I hope for new, creative stuff6 -
