He throws specials in order so sp1, sp2, then sp3. You could potentially get 2 sp2s in if you play it right.1 -

Also Jack hasn't been mentioned. You won't be able to do specials, but his critical hits and heavies do a lot of damage and bypass the protection and he's non metal.1 -
