There is "30% chance to miss basic attacks". Just used sp1 Sandman on Wikkan with power gain already active and missed a whole attack. Tier 2 Node 36.2 -

If you want to play in first ligue don't be surprised to match with the best players. I think that uncollected/cavalier should be separated from thronebreaker/paragon. Or even make four division…1
