Coldsnap second medium and bleed Immunity and Anti crit armor penetration but i believe he will suffer a bit with Bullseye physical resistence per Cruelty2 -

i wouldn't call his damage below averege but they could have implemented the same Mechanic as shocker but instead of crit rating is the Crit damage rating that the armor penetration scales off E…0 -
