He’s one of those champs that the only way for them to be at r4 5* equivalent is if they were a 6* r1 I would not waste resources on him tbh even in the mystic class2 -

Yeah it’s only 60% extra damage that’s not a lot plus you lose some if you regen or use sp1s Hype has a lot more utility than him Yeah mephisto can cheat death and power control node per fight But hy…3 -
