Awakened Hela? Apparently, Galan has a synergy with Thanos that gives Thanos Indestructible if he would be knocked out for the first time I believe Thing has a similar synergy with The Champion2 -

I've had it happen too. If I remember rightly, his SP1 says that abilities that activate on hit do not trigger.4
