Nobody ever went wrong for ranking up Doom as his first r4. The two kitties and Apocalypse are good alternates too. Do what you like more, but the wisest choice overall is Doom 🙂2 -

It will probably be Act8 completion and having a rank 3 7*. This will most likely happen early 2024. Around that time, both requirements will be available, and it's around two years after the Paragon…10 -
