No champ is useless. Even if it's a bad champ just use it for Arena or as a diversity spot in war. Never sell champs, especially 5*8 -

Re: What about reducing the cost of 5* champs ?
5* shards have been significantly increased in game. I'm opening about 2 a month now sometimes more depending on 4* dupes, arena time etc. 5* crystals do not need to be made cheaper1
