Corvus or Civil Warrior will be the best choices here. Namor needs a higher sig and Spam isn’t tremendously great. Corvus can wreck stuff and CW is a solid 5*2 -

G2099 doesn’t need sig. Debuff immune (kinda) is immensely powerful, not to mention 100% for all the other class bonuses to work. Second place of the list imo is Omega Red.3 -
