There’s a bunch, from side quest rewards to objectives and events. Just look around the different options if you’re Paragon or Valiant, super easy to get them now every month0 -

He’s decent - relies heavily on building combo and his Physical Vulnerabilities don’t last long enough, that’s really the thing holding him back from being great in my opinion2 -
