Ratings do not matter. The only thing that matters is the prestige. I wouldn't focus on the rating of X23 at rank 4, level 1. She needs to be fully leveled up at rank 4 (level 40) to be most eff…2 -

No. I actually use two devices too since it gives me access to Android exclusive deals and Apple exclusive deals at different times.4
