It’s quite good, but I don’t think you 100% need it all of the time. If you did want to play him to his full potential, you should be using that synergy though1 -

After further review, I apologize. You are right, he doesn’t power drain, or power lock. I’m sorry for not realizing this. I’ll put him in trash tier with the other non power control champs like ghost9
