Ghost doesn't need dot, she passively gains power when an opponent misses. She needs high or max sig for this of course but yes she works.1 -

Just a heads up, any sort of power gain works so if you see a Wong or a Hype doing crazy stuff it's legit. The node doesn't shut down power gain abilities.3 -
