Blade, Voodoo, Ronan, Medusa, MODOK are all good counters in my opinion. I’m sure I’m missing some. I do agree that he’s definitely the toughest boss in this EQ.2 -

MODOK actually did really well for me. Sp1 doesn’t give power, plus it reverses power gain and healing.1 -
