I agree. I bought cores and unlocked 4 points in collar tech, but haven't been able to activate it since I maxed out deep wounds. It's just not feasible.7 -

This. Precisely this. Even on my campus, the WiFi range is restricted (God alone knows why it's that way). Updating/downloading apps is hit or miss, because it's just not possible sometimes…6
