I'm sure you can, but you may have to sandbag some fights that used to work with 4/40s or 5/50s. More people have 5* 5/65s now so it has changed somewhat.1 -

Colossus needs a buff but I don't know that the mutant class does. I was hoping for Magneto or DPX but as they aren't in the pool I'm leaning Colossus.7 -
