Sticking with a lower alliance until it grows out of loyalty sounds good, but often other people leave when they outgrow it and new (lower) people join and it's more like running on a treadmill …1 -

It's longer than it needs to be. Long easy quests always just feel like a grind to me. Not terrible but I would prefer a short, difficult side quest with good rewards. Kind of like all the labs …6
