They can't make the AI fight like a player. If it were possible it would be unplayable as the game only works because the AI gives opportunities to parry, intercept, etc.6 -

The Champion was ill conceived. He has obsolescence built into his abilities. He is good against Sparky, Star-Lord, Iceman, Blade, Ghost Rider... Without updates the "greatest fighter" list…1 -
