You don't. You start the season at exactly zero points, If you didn't play a war you'd end up at the lowest rank. The only thing your carrying from the previous season is your war rati…1 -

Last season matter not, your points start at zero again. Your tier matters as its a multiplier even when you lose. However you've lost 2 out of 3. Give it time.1
