The new Captain Marvel has impressive damage output. She is a burst champ with not too much going on with her when it comes to utility. Nick Fury looks a very viable LOL champ.2 -

Yes it does. Iceman's Ice Armor counts as an armor up. But he is a bad matchup against Havok because energy attacks build up plasma.1
