Angela deserves to be r3. I have her at rank 4 and she is just amazing. So much utility and sustainability. I have taken Peni, KM, Nimrod, Warlock and a whole lot of other mini-bosses with her in war…2 -

There's literally an icon for his evade and it clearly tells you when he's about to evade. Just don't do anything while his evade is about to activate1
