This is unlocked by those who are cavalier only, so it should be a fair bit harder than getting cavalier otherwise everyone will walk over it2 -

Yeah, I’d avoid ranking a sig 80 namor, the damage reduction won’t be doing a great deal at a low sig, so he’s more a ramp up damahe champ, and he’s not even close to the best in that department1
