They don't seem to care. Hood's mechanics require him to phase hits. Phasing is broken. Thus...Hood is broken. I want to use him more, but I can't. Please fix him Kabam.3 -

My advice for R3 questions is always the same. Take them to R2 and use them some. If you like them, then rank up to R3. I don't see a point in playing a game if you aren't investing your ac…3 -

A fix would be even better. It seems this should be quick and easy to fix. Guessing it's a math or rounding issue with the 120% - (current misses * 20٪) logic.3
