I used black widow on both of them. She Isn't cosmic so can't turn off SEs AI since he's stun immune and any attempt at a heavy will get you killed, but she at least reduces his evade …1 -

Should be at the bottom right that says go back to mobile site. Scroll to the very bottom, usually have to refresh too since it all merges together the first time1
