I don't think it does, we havnt be awarded anything past the 92m milestone and we're now at 130ish M, I think they've either capped it or fixed it1 -

Now you at full combo you can aegon smash let them hit every now and then while your unstoppable ( don't do it when low health) i usuallt do a four hit combo let them hit you once and go for ano…2
