A simple check box next to each members name would work. Check box to allow for AW and AQ and un-check to make member blocked for AW and AQ.2 -

To be honest would put a smile on my face to see the account sharers banned. They were so cocky and arogant when I called them out about breaking TOS with their sharing.2 -

Well i wont be staying and if i can't get a definitive answer from a Mod, i will quit before SA tomorrow. Not going to risk my account for a few shards.1
