While you can use a map I do feel as if the map lock in act 5.4 was really unnecessary and not needed. I don't think anybody would mind if it changed2 -

I honestly don't know if the boosts are worth it. Then again I do have a lot of decent champs that are Immune to different DoT effects4 -

If you have them. Guilly 2099 with the Hiemdal Synergy will work great. Hyperion will also work you just have to play super carefully as he basically has MD1 -
