  Phoenix. In the comix, Phoenix has destroyed solar systems and placed strong telepaths into deep comas. In the game she is so bad, can't even beat Civil Warrior.

  It's even better when you are in the middle of an SP2, giving damage, and the defender just ups and fires off its own SP2 before yours is over.
