So being able to use flame on multiple times in a quest is a waste? Funny since that's actually quite helpful in plenty of quests1 -

The ability comes from the defender so hence you are lowering the defenders AA then it makes sense. Same reason matador doesn't work for Mags when fighting a metal champ0
