Pretty sure uncollected is not designed for the average players... There's a full mode dedicated to them it's called heroic.4 -

From my understanding this benefits those that only have 1 to 2 classes that's overflowing and the rest of the classes are either super low from recent rank ups or no luck to get... Not that bad…1
