This. The Regeneration needs to be active on the opponent, which means they have to have the Regen icon (Buff or Passive), so Willpower and Salve do not count since they are not active effects.4 -

Having #Psychic Shielding tag does not make you immune to reversed controls. So champs like Magneto, Juggs, Stryfe etc. will still be affected by Delirium. Champs that are actually immune to reversed…3 -
