I have never once asked or even mentioned getting a rank down ticket. But they either need to fix drax or give us rank downs. Tier 2 alpha are far too valuable and drax has zero utility now.2 -

A lot of these non paying customers used to be paying customers. Most businesses would try to earn their business back. Not have them quit all together.5
