Cable should be useful beyond dealing a ton of damage. I'd prefer a full & extensive buff for cable, with his heavy degen capped at maybe 5 or 6. Then Apoc can remove the cap.1 -

I don't think it says anywhere that the keys are in arena? They're in objectives, which you complete by doing the different Castle Raids1 -
