Pretty sure it was changed during Civil War. SW and Vision were never enemies in AOU, as by the time Vision was born, the twins had already joined the avengers6 -

This one doesn't. The stamps aren't quest rewards, so unless you (somewhat) carefully read the announcement, you wouldn't know the quests gave different amounts of spamps.3
