It stops working above 70%. Because he regens in discrete steps the last step is almost guaranteed to take him far enough above the cutoff to be displayed as 71%.1 -

That just sounds wrong... it's still at most 3% of the opponent's health, I find it hard to believe that's better than what old guilly would regularly do.9 -

It's not entirely consistent. Fury converting bleeds to internal bleeds counts as them expiring for one of the skill Cav nodes.5 -

OR and CG don't have the same ability tho. OR reduces bleed damage by 90% + coagulate, CG just doesn't take any damage. And with OP's description it is clearly deep wounds damage2
