I pulled ghost 5* Can someone please explain in detail how to use her and get maximum damage? Her abilities are too confusing and so far I've seen people charging heavy and dashing back to phase…1 -

As of today's meta..is it still worth 4/55 or r5 SL? I just duped him Or should I r5 sparky? And If I can both should i still minimum r4 SL at the least?2 -
