I farmed two from act 4 today, one in 4.4.2 and one in 4.3.2 or 4.3.3 I don't remember but it is circumstantial, sometimes it will be there and sometimes it won't be there3 -

His damage output is really underwhelming without high sig but yeah, not bad and atleast a good defender4
